Shan Wu is the General Manager of Hong Kong and Macau at AstraZeneca, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong background in specialty care commercialization, oncology, hematology, rare diseases, and organ transplantation, they have demonstrated success in team management and organizational transformation. Shan held several key roles at notable companies, including a notable tenure at Johnson & Johnson as Franchise Director and at Roche as Marketing Manager, where they led high-performing teams and achieved significant market success. They earned a Master of Science in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Peking University. Additionally, Shan serves as the President of The Hong Kong Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
