Shannon Sutherland is currently the Associate Director of PQS at AstraZeneca, where they serve as the Local Process Champion for Change Control, overseeing process governance and promoting continuous improvements. Previously, Shannon held positions at Instil Bio as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and at Charles River Laboratories as an Analyst and Lead Analyst. They possess a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) supporting Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) in clinical trials. Shannon earned an MRes in Cancer Cell Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Edinburgh Napier University.
