Sharon Lynskey

Sharon Lynskey is a Health and Wellbeing Leader with over 20 years of experience in the field, currently serving as the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Lead at AstraZeneca. Since 2020, Sharon has played a significant role in overseeing health safety and wellbeing initiatives, including co-leading the procurement of an Occupational Health provider and innovating psychosocial risk management tools. Previous roles include Health Information Specialist at NHS Direct Wales and Programme Manager for Corporate Workplace Wellbeing Services at Nuffield Health, where Sharon successfully implemented wellbeing programs across multiple industries. Sharon holds a range of degrees in health and wellbeing, including an Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Health & Wellbeing Physiology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition.
