Shawn Ye is currently the Director of R&D IT for the China Data Platform, where they deliver digital and information technology solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. They previously held various roles at AstraZeneca, including Senior IT Business Partner and Global IT Incident Manager, where they significantly improved incident management processes. Shawn began their career as an IT System Administrator at China Pacific Insurance Company and later served as Team Lead at Hewlett-Packard. They earned a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Tongji University between 2013 and 2015.
