Shenjiang Yu

Shenjiang Yu is currently the Executive Director and Head of Analytical Development and Clinical QC at AstraZeneca, leading a team of approximately 100 scientists and analysts in the AZ rare disease unit. Shenjiang has extensive experience in the development of analytical methods for monoclonal antibodies and small molecule drug products, as well as in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. With a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Central Florida and over five years of experience in cGMP labs, Shenjiang has effectively managed multiple projects and communicated technical topics across various teams. Previous roles include senior and associate principal scientist positions at Merck, where Shenjiang developed assays and drafted GMP documents.
