Shruti Kanakia

Shruti Kanakia is a biomedical engineer and process development scientist currently serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca. Shruti earned a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University and has held various positions, including Graduate Research Assistant at both Stony Brook University and the University of Texas at Arlington, a Drug Product Process Development Scientist at Novavax, and a Senior Scientist at Horizon. Prior to these roles, Shruti worked as a Development Engineer at Leidos and a Research Associate at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, among other positions. Her extensive background showcases a strong focus on scientific research and product development in the biomedical field.
