Simon Renshaw

Simon Renshaw is an Associate Director in Compliance Biosamples at AstraZeneca, where they focus on ensuring adherence to HBS compliance and regulations. With over 20 years of experience in histology, antibodies, and Human Tissue Act regulations, Simon has previously held significant roles at Abcam, including Designated Individual for 15 years, where they introduced IHC validation to the antibody pipeline. Simon began their career as a Biomedical Scientist in histopathology at Addenbrooke's Hospital and contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Cambridge. They earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on cellular pathology from the University of Bradford.
