Simone Wingate

Simone Wingate is an experienced IT professional with a focus on cyber security and project management. Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Programme Manager at IAG GBS since June 2024, Simone has also held the role of Cyber Security Programme Manager at AstraZeneca since June 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Barclays, where significant contributions were made as a Cyber Security Project Manager, Project Manager for Branch Deployment and Defect Management, and Business Change Manager, overseeing crucial projects and implementations within the banking infrastructure. Early career experience includes serving as a PMO Analyst and Relationship Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland and an HR & Purchasing Assistant at AA Langlois Haulage. Educational qualifications include studies at Highlands College and Les Quennevais School.
