Smita Saha is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across multiple regions. At AstraZeneca, Smita served as the Area HR Director for the Middle East & Africa, as well as the Vice President-HR and HR Regional Lead for India, and the Rewards & Inclusion Leader for the Asia Area from August 2016 to August 2020. Prior to this, Smita held the position of Senior Director of HR at Oracle from January 2003 to December 2011. Smita holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science and Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College.
