Sourav Roy

Sourav Roy has over fifteen years of diverse experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS), specializing in operational quality assurance, electronic data compliance, and biologics lifecycle quality assurance. They currently serve as Senior Manager of Global IT Quality Management, Strategy and Performance at AstraZeneca. Prior to this role, Sourav held positions at Biocon Biologics, Lupin, and BioGenomics, where they led teams and managed various quality elements including deviation, CAPA, and compliance audits. Sourav earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pune and an M.Sc. in Microbiology from Nagpur University.
