Stephanie Yip

Stephanie Yip is a Senior Scientist in Process Chemistry at AstraZeneca, where they currently apply their expertise in chemistry. They previously held roles as a Development Chemist at Contract Chemicals Ltd. and as a Project Chemist at CARBOGEN AMCIS. Stephanie gained foundational experience during an industrial placement as an ICMS Research Scientist at sanofi-aventis and completed a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the University of Liverpool. They earned their PhDs in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Chemistry from the University of Liverpool, where they also obtained a BSc (Hon) in Chemistry with a year in industry.
