Steve Swallow

Steve Swallow is a Principal Scientist specializing in Sustainability, with over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary drug discovery and development across the UK and USA. They held various leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Associate Director in both Medicinal Chemistry and Oncology, as well as a Team Manager in multiple disciplines. Swallow previously led a Medicinal Chemistry team at Roche Products Ltd and served as a Principal Scientist focused on virology at Roche Palo Alto LLC. They earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Sheffield and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Synthetic Chemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder.
