Steven Chen

Steven Chen is currently the Director of US Policy at AstraZeneca, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Policy Director at the Maryland Hospital Association from 2022 to 2024 and as a Manager of Policy Analysis at the Children’s Hospital Association from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2016, Chen was a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Houston Law Center, and earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from 2007 to 2013. Steven is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Columbia Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
