Steven Frey

Steven Frey is a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, currently specializing in the 'Protein Engineering and Novel Modalities' group. They previously held the position of Investigator at GSK, where they developed purification processes for biopharmaceutical assets. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Kane Lab at Georgia Tech, focusing on engineered viral protein antigens and vaccine development. Steven also gained experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan and through internships in various engineering roles. They earned a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
