Susanne Prothon

Susanne Prothon is the Director of Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics at AstraZeneca R&D Biopharmaceuticals, where they have been since 2018. With experience in pre-clinical and clinical drug development, they possess knowledge in areas such as toxicokinetics, drug-drug interactions, and regulatory interactions across various therapeutic fields. Susanne previously held roles as a Clinical Pharmacology Scientist and Pharmacokineticist at AstraZeneca, as well as Project Manager/Kineticist at Quintiles. They earned their M.Sc. in Pharmacy from Uppsala University and a studentexamen in Natural Science from Hvitfeltska gymnasiet in Gothenburg.
