Tara DiMarco

Tara DiMarco is currently the Associate Director of Lean Digital Transformation at AstraZeneca, where they provide technical guidance and lead cross-functional collaboration for validation activities. With over 26 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Tara has previously held positions at companies such as Amgen, MedImmune/AstraZeneca, and Merck, focusing on validation, environmental chemistry, and manufacturing technology innovation. Tara earned a B.S. in both Environmental Science and Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. They are Lean Six Sigma-certified and have developed a strong skill set in process optimization, project management, and regulatory compliance.
