Tom Longstreth

Tom Longstreth has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for Digital, IT, Operations, and Sustainability at AstraZeneca since April 2021. Previously, Tom held key roles at Roche from January 2013 to March 2021, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed leading recruitment efforts for various business units within Roche Molecular Solutions. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Talent Acquisition at Cardinal Health, Human Resource Senior Consultant at HP, and Executive Recruiter at JP Morgan Chase. Tom began a career in account management with Internos and SBN Magazine after earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication from Ohio University in 2000.
