Tracy A Gilbert

Tracy A Gilbert is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Audit QA at AstraZeneca since July 2015, Tracy has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Team Lead, Audit QA and interim Senior Director of AsiaPac QA. Prior experience includes directing global engagement at the Research Quality Association and various QA roles at Retroscreen Virology Group plc and Huntingdon Life Sciences, where oversight of GLP/GCP compliance was a primary responsibility. Tracy's career began as a QA auditor at LSR and included a consultancy role in France focused on GLP compliance. Educationally, Tracy holds an HNC in Chemistry from Norwich City College.
