Trish Palini

Trish Palini is a global transformation and operations executive with extensive experience driving innovation and digital strategy across various business areas. They served as a Senior Director at MedImmune, where they successfully transformed a failing IT organization and achieved significant cost reductions and employee engagement improvements. Trish held several leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy & Operations, where they led initiatives that enhanced organizational performance and increased diversity and inclusion. Currently, Trish is pursuing a Master's in Business Management at George Mason University and has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Maryland College Park.
