Venkat Raman

Venkat Raman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital clinical innovation and project management. At AstraZeneca, Venkat served as Director of Digital Clinical Innovation from November 2008 to December 2018, where responsibilities included developing and executing a digital innovation strategy for Clinical Biologics and enhancing R&D productivity through new clinical solutions. Prior roles at AstraZeneca included Associate Director of Program Management and Senior Program Manager, where leadership and direction were provided to cross-functional teams and integration of key clinical applications was achieved. Venkat also contributed as an Enterprise Project Manager at TD Ameritrade and held the position of Technical Delivery Manager at Bechtel Corporation, alongside a background as a Project Manager/Technical Lead at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
