Vicky Rowlands

Vicky Rowlands is currently the Associate Director of Oncology Translational Genomics at AstraZeneca, where they focus on analyzing clinical samples to support oncology projects using advanced genomic techniques. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca, contributing to the development of analysis plans for genomic biomarkers. Vicky's academic background includes a PhD from the National Institute for Medical Research and experience as a postdoctoral scientist at the University of Birmingham. They also completed a sandwich placement at the National Institute for Medical Research early in their career.
