Wallace Chan

Wallace Chan is an Associate Principal Scientist in Computational Chemistry at AstraZeneca, where they continue to contribute to medicinal chemistry efforts across multiple projects. Previously, they served as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer, co-leading a multidisciplinary team in the discovery of covalent fragments for drug targets through virtual screening. Wallace also completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Biological Chemistry and Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan, respectively, and holds another MS in Biotechnology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. With experience in both academic and industry settings, they have demonstrated expertise in computer-aided drug design and computational predictions.
