Wayne Hiller

Wayne Hiller is currently a Product Director in Immunology at Johnson & Johnson, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Wayne served as an Associate Director at AstraZeneca from 2019 to 2025 and held various marketing and media positions, including Marketing Manager at AstraZeneca from 2015 to 2017 and Senior Media Planner at Digitas Health from 2012 to 2014. In the earlier stages of their career, Wayne interned with the Philadelphia Eagles and The Star Group, and worked as a Public Relations Account Coordinator at Vox Medica. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Widener University in 2007.
