Weifeng Tang, MD, PhD, is currently the Executive Director and Head of Global Clinical Pharmacology for Vaccines, Immune Therapy, and Neuroscience at AstraZeneca since 2022. They previously held various roles within the same organization, including Senior Group Director and Director in Clinical Pharmacology from 2012 to 2019. Prior to their tenure at AstraZeneca, they served as a Senior Investigator in Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2007. Weifeng is also pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at Hunan Medical University.
