Xavier Palazzi is a science-driven, inspirational leader currently serving as the VP Head of Global Pathology at AstraZeneca. They are an ECVP board-certified veterinary pathologist and a diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, as well as medical devices and CRO environments. Previously, Xavier held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including VP Head of Global Pathology and Investigative Toxicology. They also founded VeTRACE Lab, focusing on the analysis of trace elements in animals, and have held significant positions at Bayer CropScience, Sanofi, and NAMSA.
