Dr. Yan-Yan Zhang is currently a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology at AstraZeneca, and previously served as a Senior Director and ClinPharm Asia-Pacific Group Leader at BeiGene, where they managed clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics deliverables. Prior to BeiGene, Yan-Yan worked at GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi, accumulating over 10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. They earned a Ph.D. from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009 and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Yan-Yan has published 45 peer-reviewed scientific papers and actively contributes to the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Youth Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society.
