Yariv Mazor

Yariv Mazor is the Executive Director and Head of Protein Engineering & Novel Modalities in Biologics Engineering at AstraZeneca, where they currently lead diverse biopharmaceutical initiatives. With a PhD in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University and extensive experience in antibody bio-therapeutic programs, Yariv has successfully advanced candidate drugs into clinical development. They have a proven track record as a scientific leader, mentoring over 40 scientists and driving innovations in antibody-drug modalities. Yariv is also recognized for high-impact publications and holds numerous patents in the field. Prior to their role at AstraZeneca, they gained valuable experience at MedImmune and served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin.
