Young Mi Park

Young Mi Park is a Senior Scientific Developer at AstraZeneca, bringing over 13 years of experience as a Java developer in various environments. Previously, Young Mi held roles at the European Bioinformatics Institute, where they served as a Software Engineer and later as Senior Software Engineer & Project Lead, focusing on the development of a big data search engine that indexes extensive biological data. Young Mi's early career included positions at Samsung Electronics and NHN, where they designed and developed IT systems and web applications. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science with Distinction from Queen Mary, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Soongsil University.
