Kc Sum

KC Sum currently serves as Head of Program Management Office at ASTRI, overseeing the management of Intellectual Property (IP) and Project Administration operations. Prior to this role, KC worked as a Technologist at the Innovation and Technology Commission within the HKSAR Government. KC holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.
