Ruisi Chen has extensive work experience in analog IC design. From 2015 to 2020, Ruisi Chen worked at Kinetic Technologies as an IC Design Engineer, where they were involved in top-level layout design, led an OVP chip project, and supervised the Wuxi layout team. From 2022 to the present, Ruisi Chen has been working at ASTRI - Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute as a Senior Engineer and then as a Lead Engineer in Analog IC Design.
Ruisi Chen began their education in 2010 at Sun Yat-sen University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Micro-Electronics until 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earning another Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree, this time in Electronics Engineering. In 2014, Ruisi Chen joined The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronics Engineering by 2015. Finally, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering (Part-Time) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, starting in 2023 and ending in 2029.
