Indépendance et Expansion AM is a portfolio management company owned by the Higgon’s family created in 1992. Based in France, Mr. Higgons has a strong reputation locally as one of the most experienced value investors.
Since 1992: The team manages a small & mid cap value fund focused on French companies.
2018: Launch of an European Equity fund adopting the same approach.
2021: Raising capital for a closed-end fund investing in French public family businesses.
