Simon Short

Simon Short is an accomplished leader in customer success and digital transformation, currently serving as the SVP of the Customer Excellence Group at ServiceNow, while also holding a position as a Board Advisor for Customer and Organisational Strategy at Mind Data. With a strong background spanning over three decades, Simon Short has occupied key roles including Chair of the Board of Trustees at Astriid, Chief Operating Officer at Advanced, and EVP of Global Customer Success at Salesforce. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Capgemini, Vodafone, and the Royal Navy, where expertise in engineering and management was developed. Simon Short holds an MBA from Henley Business School, an MSc from Cranfield University, and a BEng from the Royal Naval Engineering College.
