Adele Navarrete

Adele Navarrete currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at Astrion since April 2024. Prior to this role, Navarrete was Associate General Counsel and Lead for International Trade Compliance at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2022 to April 2024, and Senior Corporate Counsel at LMI from August 2014 to June 2022, managing legal matters related to government contracts, export controls, intellectual property, and M&A transactions. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and serving as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Navarrete began a professional career as a French Teacher at The Bullis School and holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Arts in French Cultural Studies from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Columbia University.
