Dave Obin

Dave Obin, MBA, is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in program and project management, specializing in technology-driven domains. Currently serving as the JINTACCS Program Manager at Astrion, Dave leads efforts in Tactical Data Link Standards and interoperability analysis for the USAF. Previously, Dave held positions at Lockheed Martin, Spectrum Comm Inc., and Titan Corporation, managing multi-million dollar programs and mentoring teams. With strong communication skills and a focus on employee development, Dave has contributed significantly to military standards and interoperability analysis, authoring numerous Interface Change Proposals throughout their career. Dave holds an MBA and a BS in Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
