David Ralph is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in supporting the United States Air Force's Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) initiatives. Currently serving as Program Manager-Principal at Astrion since November 2023, Ralph previously held roles at Oasis Systems LLC, where responsibilities included Task Lead and Senior Program Manager from November 2018 to November 2023, focusing on emerging C-sUAS technologies. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at EXPANSIA and various positions at Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 267 and Marine Light Attack Helicopter Training Squadron 303.
