Greg Joyner

Greg Joyner, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Astrion, where responsibilities include establishing and communicating the strategic direction of the Civilian Division operations while staying informed on emerging technologies. Previously, Greg held the role of Vice President for Aviation Markets at AECOM, leveraging client knowledge to create new opportunities in aviation and transportation. Greg's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions at the U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the International Civil Aviation Organization, where roles ranged from managing large teams and budgets to promoting interoperability in aviation systems. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
