John Seils

John Seils is an experienced program manager with a robust background in military and civilian program management, currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Astrion since May 2023. Seils has held various roles, including Program Manager III at Oasis Systems LLC and PCI, where responsibilities included overseeing U.S. government contracts and lifecycle management of systems. With a foundation in military leadership as a Company Commander and Battalion Intelligence Officer in the United States Army, Seils managed significant personnel and financial resources while executing tactical operations in challenging environments. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a Civil Engineering minor from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from the University of Montana, and ongoing doctoral studies in International Business at Southern New Hampshire University.
