Laura DeCourcey

Laura DeCourcey possesses extensive experience in program management, strategic planning, and consulting across various organizations. Notably, Laura managed program support for the Director and Deputy Director of Air Traffic Control Facilities at Human Solutions, Inc. and led a communications team in developing critical process documents. Additional roles include serving as a Director at Avyance, Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, and Management Consultant at Dynamic Pro Inc., where Laura implemented an enterprise risk management program. Laura’s career began with internships that included research, legislative services, and marketing support, culminating in a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology from Ohio University and an MBA from American University.
