Paul Everson

Paul Everson currently serves as Vice President of Business Development Quality at Astrion, where responsibilities include developing long-term corporate growth strategies and enhancing business processes. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., culminating as Director of Capture Operations, refining corporate capture processes and mentoring capture managers. Paul has extensive experience in business development for the Navy Division, building a $1.1 billion qualified pipeline, and leading multiple business units focused on undersea warfare analysis. Earlier in his career, Paul worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading quantitative analyses, and served in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Officer. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Engineering from Naval Nuclear Power School.
