Ron Carr

Ron Carr is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. As the Senior Acquisition Logistics Manager at Astrion since July 2024, Ron demonstrates expertise in DoD integrated life-cycle management and logistics support. Prior to this role, Ron excelled in various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety at Visionworks of America, where management of over 200 personnel and logistical processes was paramount. Experience also includes significant contributions at the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Navy, and other organizations, with a focus on supply chain optimization, procurement, and operational efficiency across diverse environments. Ron holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's Degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy and a Master's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
