Ron McLaughlin

Ron Mclaughlin is an experienced Project Manager specializing in cyber warfare programs, currently working at Astrion since October 2021. Previously, Ron held a Program Manager position at eBay for a brief period in mid-2021 and served as a Hiring Our Heroes Fellow at Hiring Our Heroes. From July 2017 to April 2021, Ron was a Program Manager at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Staff, focusing on Naval Surface Fires, Expeditionary Sea Base class ships, and Unmanned Systems, where responsibilities included identifying operational needs and coordinating with stakeholders. Ron’s military background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for the 14th Marine Regiment, leading a 3,000-person unit, and as Branch Head for Homeland Defense at Headquarters Marine Corps, overseeing critical security programs.
