Or Harchol has a long history of work experience. Or began their career in 2008 as a Staff Sergeant and Active Military Reserve Force Platoon Commander for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2017, they became an Android Developer for NGSoft Ltd. Or then worked as a Full Stack Developer for PayBox - Collaborative Payments in 2019. That same year, they also worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer for SOOMLA (acquired by ironSource). In 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer for Well B. Currently, they are working as an Application Team Manager and Core Team Member for Astrix Security.

Or Harchol received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Beit Yerach high school from 2004 to 2007.
