Ran Frank

Ran Frank is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Legal & Business Operations at Astrix Security since January 2024, Ran previously held the position of Director of Operations at Ottopia from July 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a diverse operations team and managing major projects with a focus on quality and budget control. Prior roles included Head of Technical and Legal Operations and Operations Manager at Microsoft, where advisory work encompassed corporate legal issues and drafting significant legal documents. Ran also gained experience as a legal intern at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, Israel's leading international law firm, and completed a pre-internship at Electra Limited. Ran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, completed in 2016.
