With over a decade of experience in both B2B and B2C sectors, they have previously held roles such as Community Management Manager and Social Media Manager at Grab, where they focused on enhancing community engagement and brand presence. Anne also served as a Senior Executive Social Media Specialist at RHB Bank, developing content and managing social media interactions, and led a team at Nuffnang to engage a community of bloggers. Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The National University of Malaysia.
