Benjamin Woo

Benjamin Woo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing communications and events management. Currently serving as the Head of Group Marketing at Astro since June 2024, Benjamin previously held prominent positions at Maxis from April 2015 to June 2024, including Head of Marketing Communications and team lead for events and sponsorship. Benjamin’s expertise encompasses developing innovative marketing frameworks, overseeing brand communication strategies, and driving engagement through experiential activations across various product offerings. Prior roles include Events Director at Leo Burnett, Brand Communications Assistant Manager at In2 Marketing & Consulting, and Event Coordinator at Go International Sdn Bhd. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from University Sedaya International and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Twinning University of Queensland.
