Bryan Bay is an accomplished digital marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing at Astro since May 2023, where significant growth has been achieved through leadership in digital and social initiatives, including a 309% increase in TikTok followers. Previously, Bryan held key positions at Shopee as the Malaysia Head of Social Media & Video Production, overseeing a team of over 50 creatives, and at MONARCH SENSATION SDN BHD as Social Media Manager, focusing on competitive and impactful social content. Experience also includes roles as a Social Media Strategist at Ogilvy & Mather, Account Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, and various roles in advertising and event management.
