Kim Windschitl

Kim Windschitl serves as the Organizational Development and Training Manager at Astronics Corporation since January 2025. Previously, Windschitl was the Manager of Learning & Development Operations at Centene Corporation from February 2020 to September 2024, where the architect role involved creating a multi-award winning leadership development program for over 70,000 employees and expanding it to include existing and aspiring leaders. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Learning Consultant at Centene, a Corporate Trainer at Fidelis Care, a District Trainer at Sprint focusing on various training programs in upstate NY, and a Sales Program Development Specialist and Sales Coach at Charter Communications. Kim Windschitl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Media Arts from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
