Peter Padgett

Peter Padgett, PHR has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Peter began their career at The J.M. Smucker Company, where they worked as a Production Supervisor from 1994 to 1996 and as a Human Resource Manager from 1997 to 2006. Peter then moved on to the Oregon Child Development Coalition, where they served as an Employee Relations Manager from 2007 to 2014. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Astronics Corporation.

Peter Padgett, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Operations Management from California State University, Fresno.
