Robert Ford

Robert Ford is an accomplished sports broadcaster with extensive experience in play-by-play commentary and media relations. Currently serving as a freelance college basketball play-by-play broadcaster for ESPN since February 2019, Robert also acts as the radio voice for all 162 Houston Astros games since February 2013. Previous roles include serving as the men's and women's basketball broadcaster at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a radio broadcaster for the Kansas City Royals at Entercom Radio, and directing broadcasting and media relations for the Binghamton Mets. Robert's background includes work with various sports teams and networks, along with a solid educational foundation in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University.
