Shea Connell holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Spanish, as well as a Master's degree in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching. Currently, they serve as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Florida Complex League at the Houston Astros, after previously working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach within the organization. They have also contributed to Division I and Division III sports programs in various capacities, including baseball and soccer, and played a key role in their teams' success, such as winning a conference championship at Carroll University.
